How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most items are made-to-order in order to reduce waste and allow for personalization. Our current processing time is about 7-10 business days to ship. Please contact us if you need to rush or expedite your order.

Do you offer gift packaging?
Each order comes beautifully packaged in a box with tissue paper and a note from us with care instructions. If you submit a gift message during checkout, we will handwrite and include it in the box for you to give with your gift, or for the recipient to receive upon delivery.
About our Products
How are your products made?
All of our items our hand dyed and all of the embroidery is hand sewn. Each piece is designed, dyed and finished in Seattle, WA.
What kind of dyes do you use?
We use non-toxic fiber reactive dyes.
WHAT ARE THE CARE INSTRUCTIONS?
We recommend washing our sweatshirts, tees, and other cotton pieces in cold water and either hanging them to dry, or drying on low. Cold water and avoiding heat in the dryer will help to maintain the vibrancy of the color over time. We also recommend washing the garments infrequently if possible as that will help to extend the life of the garment.
Our cashmere pieces are hand wash only, and our silk garments can be washed in cold water on delicate.
